Our company, Jaden’s Construction is a roofing and siding company. We also do repairs, clean gutters and give estimate . Proud to say we have been a very efficient and responsable company. Process of installment of shingles

We first nail tents around the house in order to avoid any damage to the siding since we must take off the old shingle. The old shingles are taken to the dumpster . Keeping the home even more cleaner than it already was .

Our next step is to check if the roof needs repairing or not. If needed we would repair or replace any plywood damaged.

We instal ice & water shield roll on the first row. We than cover the whole roof with roofing tar paper.

We than start the process of installing the shingles. In this case we are using architectural shingles - Timberline. On each shingle we install with 5 to 6 nails with a separation of 7 inches.

We install the ridge vent on the peak end of the roof. This allows a better possibility that no mold will be damaging the plywood. It’s main purpose is to efficiently vent its way to the attic . Allowing escape to abstracted heat and humidity

Lastly we install the caps on the peak of the roof. On each cap we use 2-4 nails depending on the type of caps.
